Role Overview

  • Implementing PepsiCo's execution standards for each brand and product across all sales channels and retail outlets.
  • Ensuring adherence to the company's regional discount system across all sales channels.
  • Supporting supervisor routes in line with routing standards to maximize route productivity.
  • Achieving monthly revenue and sales volume plans, plus special development tasks.
  • Enforcing PepsiCo working methods by supervisors to boost territory productivity and high product visibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Strong sales and management skills, including client management, communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical abilities.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales in managerial positions.
  • Proven experience managing teams.
  • Confident proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
  • Valid Category B driver's license for regional travel.
