  • Collaborate with area units (AU) to discuss and provide lists of potential direct-service accounts from the distribution center (DC), optimizing supply chain efficiency.
  • Actively open new A&B class stores to expand PepsiCo's sales footprint and capture emerging market opportunities.
  • Escalate key account execution issues and non-compliance matters to AU for swift resolution, ensuring steady improvement in store-level performance.
  • Coach frontline merchandisers (MD) through hands-on market work, one-on-one feedback sessions, and effective weekly team meetings to boost execution excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements
