Build and maintain robust relationships at multiple levels within regional stores. Use interpersonal skills to negotiate displays, promote compliance, and secure extra opportunities for PepsiCo products.
Conduct monthly analysis of Dunnhumby data to evaluate performance trends in the grocery channel. Identify growth opportunities in distribution, shelf space, and activations based on scan data insights.
Execute New Product Development (NPD) and Big-Bet activation plans aligned with monthly commercial priorities, driving shopper engagement and sales uplift.
