  • In larger accounts, leading incremental selling initiatives and collaborating with Merchandiser teams (pods) for in-store execution.
  • Developing and motivating Merchandisers on order accuracy, customer service, displays, and inventory.
  • Executing promotions, ensuring product availability, rotation, and pricing, while cultivating strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborating with Key Account Managers and Territory Sales Leads to hit KPIs like revenue, share, waste, and profit.
