Job Description

This role is responsible for delivering store layouts/ planning application pack and design implementation packs for Tesco stores, with the goal of elevating the Tesco brand and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role combines retail planning and architectural expertise. 
Store Layout and Design Implementation:

- Responsible for delivering feasibility site layouts, mall plans, store layouts, and design implementation packs using applications such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
- Responsible for delivering planning application packs in line with the store development programme, submitting them on local council websites, and tracking the progress to closure
- Liaise with the Store Planning Manager to deliver alloted store layouts and design implementation packs as per agreed timelines and quality
- Capture all store data records, ensuring its accuracy and integrity through regular updates 
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment and collectively achieve project goals and organizational objectives

Continuous Improvement (CI): Use CI tools to foster idea generation within a team

One-team Mindset: Build and maintain positive relationships across teams through regular engagement and celebrating achievements

Business Accountabilities: Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence. Responsible for completing tasks within agreed KPI's

Preferred Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Bachelor’s in engineering (Civil)  1 to 3 years of experience in relevant field preferred

Must have experience in delivering planning and design for Retail Projects
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office and Adobe software’s
