Job Description
We’re looking for a knowledgeable and detail-driven Platform Administrator to oversee the structure, integrity, and governance of our marketing and creative technology ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring our platforms — including DAM, Adobe Workfront, Figma, Creative Cloud, Magnolia CMS, and Kudoboard — are optimised, integrated, and aligned with business needs.
- Administer and maintain the company’s DAM, Workfront, Figma, Creative Cloud and Magnolia CMS platforms.
- Develop, implement, and evolve metadata schemas and taxonomy standards for efficient asset tagging, search, and categorisation.
- Ensure optimal configuration, user permissions, and platform usability across all systems.
- Develop and enforce governance policies, including metadata standards, naming conventions, and user roles.
- Support and improve workflows across platforms, ensuring seamless asset and project lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and implement platform enhancements.
- Partner with IT and vendors to manage updates, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations.
- Train users across departments on platform best practices, new features, and governance protocols.
- Create and maintain user guides, onboarding materials, and support documentation.
- Champion adoption and usage of platforms through proactive engagement and support.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and platform hygiene.
- Monitor usage and generate reports to inform strategic planning and platform optimisation.
- Track licensing, expiry dates, and compliance across digital assets and content systems.
- 3–5 years of experience administering one or more of the following platforms: DAM (e.g. Bynder, Aprimo), Adobe Workfront, Figma, Creative Cloud, CMS (e.g. Magnolia), or similar.
- Experience with platform governance, user support, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience training users and supporting platform rollouts or process adoption is a plus.
- Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, asset lifecycle workflows, and project management systems.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with vendors and IT teams.
