Technology - Product Management Internship

full-timePosted: Jan 13, 2026

Job Description

You’ll be the voice of our customers, using your analytical skills to solve problems, define product roadmaps and bring our products to life. You’ll hold workshops with stakeholders, write user stories, collate data analysis feedback, and more.    Salary: £26,000 pro rata Programme start date: 15 June 2026 Lead a cross-functional team to work on discovery through to delivery, working closely with Programme Managers and Software Engineers. You’ll create a backlog and form a plan.  Be responsible for the product and the future of it, for example, driving enhancements on internal platforms such as My Tesco to help teams work more efficiently, or external retail media.  This section is here to help you get a feel for what each scheme is about and what might suit you best. Don’t worry if you don’t have all the skills listed - we don’t expect you to. We’re looking for potential, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. We’ll support you to build the rest.  Working with others and keeping teams focused on the goal is a big part of this role  It’s helpful if you enjoy solving problems and bringing people along on the journey  We value people who are curious, open-minded, and enjoy making ideas happen  Experience with agile or product tools isn’t essential - we’ll support you to learn on the job.  You might know us as a supermarket, technology company or even for our award-winning mobile network. Truth is, we’re all those things, and much more. Our colleagues work with one goal in mind, helping to make every day a little better for our customers, colleagues and communities all over the world. No two customers are the same, neither are our colleagues. At Tesco, we champion a balance that lets you thrive both in and out of work. Spend 60% of your week collaborating with colleagues at our office locations or local sites and the rest remotely. Whether you're just kicking off your career, juggling passions, or navigating big life events, we're here to support you. We always welcome a conversation about flexible working, so talk to us throughout your application about how we can support. We're proud to be an accredited Disability Confident Leader, where everyone’s welcome. That’s why we commit to providing a fully inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
