Required Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Technical discipline, or equivalent experience (experience)
• 5+ years of experience managing teams in high-volume manufacturing environments (experience, 5 years)
• Proficiency in developing and managing performance metrics and data analysis (experience)
• Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and communication skills (experience)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure (experience)
• Technical proficiency with MS Office programs and familiarity with tools such as Flux, MES, MFS, Track, Wronk, Issue Tracker, Warp (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LEAN manufacturing methodologies, production planning, financial management, and EHS compliance (experience)
