Job Description

Tesla Bilingual Energy Support Specialists handle a variety of customer issues for Residential Energy products while delivering on world class customer service. Our team is the front line and face of the Tesla brand. We maintain a level of professionalism that exceeds our customer’s expectations. We're looking for a specialist that has the ability to help our customers in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Tesla’s high standards for integrity, customer service and professionalism in all interactions and communications
  • Act as a subject matter expert and cultivate trust with the customer as their singular point of contact
  • Increase levels of customer satisfaction by providing feedback for improvement to peers and management
  • Partner with various Tesla departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Stay up to date on the most current information and tools
  • Adapt, remain flexible, and execute on feedback provided
