Job Description

Tesla is seeking a high-performing business development professional to drive commercial charging sales across North America. You will lead the sale of Tesla’s Level 3 charging products, including Supercharger and Semi-Charging, to major partners such as Fortune 500 companies, charge point operators, and real estate owners. You will drive the execution of a program that is making EV charging more accessible, affordable, and dependable for all drivers, backed by Tesla’s industry-leading hardware and software. Required Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Drive ambitious growth in commercial charging sales across key accounts across North America
  • Identify and close new deals, grow existing relationships, and unlock additional volume across accounts
  • Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline across a wide array of customer sectors
  • Improve partner experience by supporting onboarding, training, and high-quality installations
  • Deliver real-world insights from the field to help shape product improvements and unlock new demand
  • Develop impactful marketing and sales materials to support partner success and represent Tesla at events
