Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of cmm experience or 2-3 years’ experience in a quality or inspection role. (experience, 1 years)
• Ability to understand complex drawings and manufacturing processes (experience)
• Good understanding of GD&T (experience)
• Good understanding of PCdims, Zeiss or Polyworks (experience)
• Passionate about production and machining (experience)
• Meticulous attention to detail (experience)
• Flexible, ability to work in a fast pace constantly changing environment with long hours and tight deadlines (experience)

Responsibilities

• Operate Hexagon CMM
• Probing and Scanning Head on both CMM and Hexagon Absolute Arm
• Analyze CMM data and provide full statistical analysis for high volume production
• Work with operators, setup personnel, and programmers to help define and resolve quality issues
• Perform, assess, and debug gauge repeatability and reproducibility
• Perform first piece inspections and/or first run for production process proofing
• Perform daily calibration and verification of all CMM and supporting equipment
