Responsibilities
- Track schedules, milestones, manpower, and deliverables; maintain project logs, documentation, and provide regular progress updates
- Manage purchase requests, vendor quotes, and purchase orders; align deliveries with schedules; ensure cost control and Tesla standards
- Monitor inventory, tools, and consumables; coordinate replenishment/replacement to keep crews fully equipped
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of meetings
- Act as a bridge between superintendents, engineers, and project managers to resolve logistical and technical issues quickly
