Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of electrical, control and network construction experience. (experience, 5 years)

- Previous experience as a Superintendent on industrial facility construction, Brownfield construction, building renovation or tenant improvement project(s) (experience)
- Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelines and aggressive goals (experience)
- OSHA 30 certification, NFPA 70E certified, current First Aid and CPR Certification, or be willing to be certified (certification)
- Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and environmental regulations (experience)
- Thorough understanding of construction design documents and ability to provide constructability feedback prior to and during construction (experience)
- Thorough understanding of NFPA 70E and NEC code requirements (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Mechanical experience is a plus (experience)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities & subcontractors
- Develop electrical execution plans and schedules for data center projects to anticipate challenges and mitigate risk
- Ensure frequent communication with key project individuals, job site personnel and Project Manager
- Drive work activities to meet project schedule, remove project constraints, and elevate construction issues to management
- Develop and communicate logistic plans for material, equipment, and manpower
- Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing the applicable state and OSHA regulations
- Schedule and support quality control inspections, commissioning activities, and site safety inspections
