Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality or engineering support environment (experience, 2 years)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring high accuracy and precision (experience)
• Capability to work independently and in a collaborative, project-focused setting with excellent verbal and written communication skills (experience)
• Comfort with handling hazardous materials in a laboratory environment (experience)
• Command of the English language, both written and verbal (experience)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (experience)
• Essential Physical Demands: Be both capable and willing to perform all the various manual tasks involved with lab work, such as safely moving heavy objects, moving large pallets with a pallet jack, handling incoming materials, etc. (experience)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., along with repetitive pushing, lifting and pulling (experience)

• Experience with the operation of industrial radiographic equipment and interpretation of multi-planar imaging is preferred (experience)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to perform routine CT image analysis in a 24/7 cell manufacturing quality laboratory
• Execute various measurement tasks on battery cells following established procedures, including multi-point metrology and data collection
• Prepare samples for destructive testing as part of quality analysis
• Conduct computed tomography image analysis and interpret data in a high-volume environment
• Maintain inventory of consumable supplies to ensure uninterrupted lab operations
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to uphold operational standards
• Enforce 5S and workplace hygiene standards to maintain a safe and organized environment
