Required Qualifications

• High level of attention to detail which is critical for accuracy of routing (experience)
• Possess necessary speed and efficiency to process a large volume of work to meet tight deadlines (experience)

• Onsite presence is required every day (experience)
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (experience)

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and interpret insurance policies to accurately assess coverage and liability
• Manage claims of simple to moderate complexity, including single-vehicle and non-disputed accidents
• Establish and maintain appropriate loss and expense reserves for assigned claims
• Evaluate the need for further investigation on complex claims to ensure a fair and equitable resolution for all parties involved
• Oversee and direct the work performed by independent adjusters or appraisers to ensure quality and compliance
• Thoroughly document, verify, and review damages to support claim evaluations
• Facilitate timely payments to insureds, claimants, and/or service providers
