Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience (experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising maintenance teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment (experience, 3 years)

• Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project (experience)
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills for team coordination and cross-functional collaboration, must have command of the English language, both written and verbal (experience)
• Essential Physical Demands: Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours a day (experience)
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours a day, including over varied and uneven terrain (experience)
• Frequently and repetitively, lift, push and carry up to 35 lbs., including the ability to carry 20 lbs. up and down stairs (experience)
• Frequently and repetitively, bend, lift and reach (experience)
• Stoop, lay, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crouch, twist and crawl for extended periods of time, including up to 12 hours a day (experience)
• Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding or other high structures (experience)
• Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing (experience)
• Wearing Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to: PAPR, safety glasses, safety shoes, bump caps, and adhering to prescribed safety rules and guidelines (experience)

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for complex manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
• Lead, supervise and train a team of approximately 10 plus maintenance technicians, assigning tasks to enhance efficiency and equipment reliability
• Develop maintenance and calibration schedules to maximize mean time between failures and minimize mean time to repair
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues, implement upgrades, and support refurbishment projects
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, department records, and spare parts inventory for timely repairs
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and plant safety programs to ensure a secure working environment
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment issues to prevent recurrence
