Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance for manufacturing equipment, with a strong background in electrical systems, PLCs, and hydraulics (experience, 5 years)
  • Advanced skills in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and PLCs, with a thorough understanding of circuit schematics and fault analysis (experience)
  • Proficient in hydraulic and pneumatic system diagnostics, including the use of advanced diagnostic tools and techniques (experience)
  • Expertise in mechanical systems and conveyor maintenance, with the ability to address complex mechanical failures and optimize system efficiency (experience)
  • Skilled in interpreting and utilizing technical drawings and schematics for maintenance and repair tasks (experience)
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on implementing effective, long-term solutions for equipment reliability (experience)
  • Essential Physical Demands (experience)
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours/day on varied and uneven terrain including concrete surfaces (experience)
  • Stoop, lay, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crouch, twist and crawl for extended periods of time, including up to 12 hours/day (experience)
  • Must be able to frequently and repetitively lift/carry 30 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. infrequently (experience)
  • Frequently and repetitively push heavy carts and dollies (experience)
  • The ability to carry up to 20 lbs. up and down flights of stairs multiple times a day (experience)
  • Ability to drive cars & trucks back and forth while being outside of the factory for up to 12 hours/day (experience)
  • Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding or other high structures while bearing hand tools on their person. For example, climbing ladders while wearing a tool belt (experience)
  • Ability to identify issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, and hearing (experience)
  • Follow all safety rules and guidelines including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing the above-mentioned activities (experience)
  • Ability to correctly wear respiratory protection such as half and full-face respirators, if required, for up to 12 hours/day (experience)
  • Ability to perform the above-mentioned activities while working in outdoor weather conditions (experience)

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems ranging from 24 VDC to 480 VAC, 3-phase, ensuring precise fault detection and resolution
  • Perform in-depth corrective maintenance on hydraulic and mechanical systems, including diagnostics, component replacement, and system calibration
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in PLC-controlled systems and robotics, utilizing schematics and programming knowledge for effective repairs
  • Operate and maintain all cells on the production line, addressing issues in conveyor systems and optimizing performance
  • Input and manage preventative maintenance (PM) schedule planning to ensure timely and efficient maintenance activities
  • Accurately log all maintenance activities, generate detailed reports, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
