This is a hands-on tactical role that provides support in the areas of workforce planning, coaching/development, employee engagement, and ad hoc projects as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent work experience (experience)
  • Proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks (experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related fields (experience, 2 years)
  • Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity (experience)
  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism and can interface with all levels of the organization as a primary point of contact for team (degree in team)
  • Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced energetic environment (experience)
  • Works independently as well as in a team environment (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Be the front line for our employees and answer questions and concerns about HR policies, processes and benefits
  • Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding; is responsible for accurate processing of HR transactions and reporting
  • Partner with HR Partners, centers of excellence and other cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service and resolve people issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with HR team to develop and implement lasting solutions
  • Provide administrative support to HR team on events, projects and programs
  • Supports human resources leadership to formulate, determine, and effectuate management policies regarding HR, including special access to confidential and sensitive personnel communication and records
  • Aligns conduct in performing all job duties and functions with human resources leadership goals and objectives, exercising good judgment in all interactions with Company employees
