The Lease Specialist, Charging will support the needs of the North America Charging Business Development team by coordinating critical lease milestone dates and deliverables, assisting with preparation of business analytics. The ideal candidate will be adept at communication, organization, and customer service skills with the ability to execute autonomously. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to the evolving needs of Tesla’s programs, projects, and organization.

Required Qualifications
- Experience managing complex operations, preferably in cross-functional systems with large numbers of internal and external stakeholders (experience)

- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving mentality and the drive to continuously improve processes and programs (experience)
- Understanding of and experience working with legal documents, redlines, and contract negotiations (experience)
- Strategic listener, conscious conversationalist, and effective collaborator with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize work, and execute autonomously to deliver results and meet deadlines (experience)
- Microsoft suite proficiency including Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and PowerBI (experience)
Responsibilities
- Support the Charging Business Development team’s project needs, develop processes to optimize charging development operations
- Manage critical lease agreements and real estate negotiations
- Manage analytics dashboards and prepare reports for Leadership, accurately and in a timely manner
- Responsible for project data management within internal platforms
- Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders throughout project duration
- Complete additional tasks and projects, as needed
