  • Ability to develop comprehensive understanding of all Tesla products, service systems, processes, and procedures
  • Exceed customer expectations by coaching and leading the team to elevate their service approach and implement standards for an enhanced customer experience
  • Prioritize team success by fostering open communication, active problem-solving, and a positive work environment
  • Inspire and coach the team to achieve both daily and strategic goals, collaborating with the Service Manager for team development and growth
  • Understand every aspect of team performance and collaborate with Service leaders to increase efficiency and drive continuous improvement in operations
  • Facilitate exceptional team performance and actively identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies
  • Promote safety, efficiency, quality, and overall excellence in all actions and decisions
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the business, ensuring excellence in daily operations to achieve specific goals in productivity, quality, output, cost, and revenue margin where applicable
