Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience (experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in program controls, project management, or systems analysis, with deep exposure to CapEx and OpEx programs and cross-functional global initiatives (experience, 10 years)
  • Strong financial and operational expertise, including cost management, resource planning, financial systems, and process automation, with a track record of delivering results in finance and accounting programs (experience)
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data, extract insights, and drive continuous improvement through informed, timely actions (experience)
  • Proactive, data-driven and solution-oriented approach, with a strong work ethic, natural problem-solving ability, and a clear bias for action in dynamic, fast-paced environments (experience)
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to present to executive leadership, align stakeholders, and translate complexity into clarity (experience)
  • Collaborative relationship builder, skilled at connecting dots and people to foster global partnerships, drive alignment, and sustain momentum across teams and functions (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of program controls for CapEx and OpEx initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and financial objectives
  • Drive business process improvements, automation, and system enhancements, integrating financial systems to support efficient and scalable global operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document current-state processes and leverage data to identify high-impact areas for improvement
  • Develop comprehensive proposals for policy, process, system, and organizational structure changes that drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability
  • Present recommendations and business cases to senior and executive leadership with clear justifications and measurable outcomes
  • Oversee program life cycle from requirements gathering to development, testing, and implementation, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor project performance and success, making data-backed adjustments as needed
