Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in project management & project coordination (experience, 5 years)
• Minimum 3 years experience supporting hardware development programs (experience, 3 years)
• Good common sense around AI servers and data center hardware environments (experience)
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow through (experience)
• Comfortable taking on less glamorous, hands on tasks to support the broader team (experience)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills (experience)
• Demonstrated experience with material planning, supply chain coordination, and supporting high volume equipment tracking (experience)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills (experience)
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment (experience)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (experience)
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams (experience)

Responsibilities

• Support TPMs by coordinating across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Assist with material planning and tracking dependencies
• Ensure key project documentation and timelines are up-to-date and accurate
