Required Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience (experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, with a strong focus on large-scale construction projects (experience, 5 years)
• Experience with electro-mechanical, vehicle or aerospace assemblies, battery pack or module manufacturing preferred (experience)
• Six Sigma or ASQ certification are preferred (certification)
• Specific training and demonstrated success in applying design for quality, problem-solving methodologies, FMEA, process capability analysis, hypothesis testing, DoE and SPC (experience)
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to industrial electrical projects (experience)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex information and make data-driven decisions (experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate quality principles and standard (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electro-mechanical, vehicle or aerospace assemblies, battery pack or module manufacturing preferred (experience)
• Six Sigma or ASQ certification are preferred (certification)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality management system to ensure product specifications and industry standards are met
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and defects, and report on quality performance to company stakeholders.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues promptly
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, issues, and progress towards quality objectives
• Oversee documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports and corrective action plans
• Provide training and support to project and operations teams on quality standards and best practices
