Preferred Qualifications

  • For roles working in AZ, GA, HI, IA, IN, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, VT, WA: Notary license is preferred. Should notary support be required of this role, Tesla will provide assistance with obtaining a license (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide a sales team of Tesla Advisors, setting individual and team targets
  • Train and develop team members on sales and delivery processes to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Monitor daily deliveries, create reporting metrics, and review information with the Manager to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Collaborate with other departments, particularly Operations Manager and Service Department, to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Represent Tesla professionally when communicating internally and externally and resolve customer concerns promptly
  • Recruit, train, and develop management teams and employees, and ensure adherence to Tesla policies and procedures
  • Control store expenses, maintain showroom standards, and ensure facility maintenance is aligned with brand guidelines
