Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of project management experience and/or 3+ years of professional experience (experience, 4 years)

• Experience in cross-functional project management, and proven ability to drive projects to successful conclusion. (experience)
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external partners (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Vehicle legislation and homologation experience would be desirable (experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Service Campaigns and initiatives to improve vehicle quality
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team environment to drive various campaigns from inception to execution in the field
• Support ongoing improvements of service campaign processes and systems
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and exercise sound business judgment.
• Interact in a professional manner with senior executives.
• Effectively handle multiple priorities to meet all objectives and deadlines
• Audit historic campaigns for accuracy, content improvement
• Take ownership of internal policy documentation where needed and ensure all campaign activity is properly tracked and maintained
