Job Description
Tesla is seeking a Service Campaign Specialist to join the Service Campaigns & Compliance team focused primarily on North America Service Operations, but also supporting global processes and system improvement efforts. In this role, you will work with key teams across Tesla to launch business-critical service campaigns and ensure our customers have the best ownership experience possible. The Service Campaign Specialist will coordinate several workflows to define, develop, and communicate the repair solution for Service teams. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and operations, as well as the willingness to adapt to and excel in a dynamic business environment. You should be a problem solver who can work with a large number of stakeholders to drive cross-functional teams to a common goal. The Service Campaign Specialist will need to be able to keep the “big picture” in mind while addressing the unique operational challenges we face.

Required Qualifications

- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external partners (experience)

Preferred Qualifications
- Vehicle legislation and homologation experience would be desirable (experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Service Campaigns and initiatives to improve vehicle quality
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team environment to drive various campaigns from inception to execution in the field
- Support ongoing improvements of service campaign processes and systems
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and exercise sound business judgment.
- Interact in a professional manner with senior executives.
- Effectively handle multiple priorities to meet all objectives and deadlines
- Audit historic campaigns for accuracy, content improvement
- Take ownership of internal policy documentation where needed and ensure all campaign activity is properly tracked and maintained
