Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience (experience)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, operations and maintenance, with a strong focus on O&M of large-scale energy facilities (experience, 7 years)
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve program goals (experience)
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to industrial electrical projects (experience)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex information and make data-driven decisions (experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders (experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive framework for the BOP program, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Manage relationships with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations and Maintenance and EHS to ensure effective collaboration and communication
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with BOP equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and lead new processes and procedures in support of BOP program goals
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop technical solutions for fleet issues and improve the overall performance of BOP equipment
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering and Training teams on electrical safety procedures and best practices
