Required Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience (experience)
• 5+ years of industry experience in technical program management roles within the Li-ion cell technology space (experience, 5 years)
• Leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams (experience)
• Ability to comprehend, communicate, and manage complex design tradeoffs across cross-functional teams (experience)
• Experience with AI tools, program management tools (Jira), and modeling/simulation work (experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, track and communicate status/blockers, and identify solutions to address critical gaps
• Create, maintain, and communicate schedules for technology development programs, effectively managing scope and dependencies across teams
• Communicate status and high-level picture to the project teams and executive management
