Required Qualifications

• 5 + years of technical program management experience (experience)
• A continual tinkerer, modifier, and optimizer of systems (experience)
• Experience in managing and driving hardware design projects focusing on the critical path (experience)
• Experience in data-driven forecasting for complex systems (experience)
• Familiarity with Gantt charts, Agile, Jira Automation (experience)
• Proven track record of turning vague requests to polished specifications with prioritization driven by business impact (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of implementing and using AI tools for program management is a plus (experience)
• Background in renewable energy systems, electric vehicle charging or power conversion (experience)

Responsibilities

• Own tool technical specifications, project scheduling, ROI analysis, and demand forecasting to optimize financial outcomes for tools and sustaining design
• Own the whole efficiency life cycle: Conduct deep dives via site visits, interviews, and data analysis of existing service actions and collaborating to generate actionable insights and drive stakeholders to completion
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, field service operations, finance, reliability) to align timelines and prioritize initiatives
• Own electrical and mechanical NPI and Sustaining technical program management from end to end for projects owned by tooling team
