Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, proof of exceptional skills in related field, or equivalent experience (experience)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support applications and systems within the team's scope, including new and used vehicle ordering, configuration inventory management and associated sales, incentives, and fees management platform
• Lead technical efforts to onboard Tesla products into new international markets, ensuring compliance with regional requirements and seamless integration with existing systems
• Design and build AI-powered chatbot solutions to assist users with ordering, payment, and fee-related inquiries, driving self-service adoption and reducing operational support load
• Identify, design, and implement enhancements to improve the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of order processing workflows
• Monitor production systems, analyze real-time metrics, respond to alerts, and proactively address system performance and availability concerns
• Write clean, maintainable, performant, and well-tested code to deliver new features and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams to plan and prioritize feature development
• Adapt quickly to evolving business priorities and technical requirements in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Work with a modern tech stack including C#, Python, Go, Node.js, React, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, GraphQL, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Develop workflows that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI to improve decision-making, automate planning, and adapt to vehicle inspection, used car valuation based on competitor prices
