Required Qualifications

• Experience managing and motivating hourly teams (experience)

• Strong care for attention to detail and process optimization (experience)
• Excellent computer skills, in particular a working knowledge and familiarity with MacOS, and Windows, as well as strong MS Office skills (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in the Automotive industry is a plus (experience)

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of vehicle fleet cleanliness, maintenance and state of charge, while conducting fleet processes in an efficient and effective manner
• Lead coaching and training initiatives to equip team members with essential skills and knowledge for effective job performance
• Cultivate a positive, high-performing team culture and proactively resolving performance challenges
• Conduct regular audits to verify adherence and identify opportunities for enhancement
• Review/approve timecards, expense reports, travel requests, and schedule shifts for Fleet Support Specialists
• Be an expert with Tesla's proprietary software systems to access real-time data and analytics to identify and resolve issues to ensure seamless fleet operations
• Proactively monitor and respond to all communication platforms, maintaining real-time connectivity to drive cross-functional collaboration
