Job Description

The Regulatory Compliance Program Manager will be responsible for driving Energy projects across all compliance disciplines (Safety, EMC, Wireless, Cyber Security and Environmental) both in NA and international markets. This role will support the full certification process from design through validation/homologation and manufacturing release, including all cross-functional teams and nationally recognized testing laboratories communications. This will require liaising with product specific program managers to ensure a seamless and integrated engineering program.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience (experience)
  • 5-7 years of work experience in regulatory approvals environment (experience, 7 years)
  • Understanding of the regulatory compliance processes for safety, EMC/RF and Environmental homologation segments (experience)
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies and methods (experience)
  • Excellent time management, organizational and influencing skills (experience)
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (experience)
  • Experience working in high level collaborative environment (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure product certification timelines adhere to the product launch timeline across multiple markets
  • Facilitate fast and effective feedback loops to expedite certification plans
  • Manage scheduling and reporting with third party test laboratories
  • Establish and maintain regulatory roadmaps
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
