Required Qualifications

• Track record of excellence in current and prior roles, demonstrable with metrics or KPIs (experience)
• Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or relevant field, or equivalent scale manufacturing experience (experience)
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation, summarization, etc. (experience)
• Exemplary people, organizational, project management, and escalation skills (experience)
• Able to work under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines (experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop “the plan” with regards to optimizing factory and product line performance, including but not limited to performance optimization, capacity expansion, new line ramp into full production, etc.
• Drive accountability regarding project & program milestones, key initiatives, and project success criteria
• Coordinate with variety of cross-functional stakeholders: production operations, engineering functions, finance & accounting, material & production planning units, design teams, etc.
• Perform cost analyses to reduce product cost and manage inventory
• Create and monitor program performance using KPIs (e.g., downtime reduction, cost savings, throughput improvements) and report insights to senior leadership
• Identify operational bottlenecks through data-driven analysis and propose innovative technical fixes
• Own the scope and execution of critical projects, ensuring alignment with operational goals, timely delivery, and effective resource allocation across cross-functional teams
