Job Description
The Workplace Operations Associate is a position for a self-starter who must be extremely thorough, who possess outstanding communication skills and demonstrates diligence and devotion throughout the entire coordination process through task and project completion. It is imperative for this individual to have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to provide customers with quick solutions and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. This individual must be able to perform “hands on” tasks such as furniture assembly and moving boxes/large items throughout the facility.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a corporate, retail, or industrial/warehouse setting (experience, 1 years)
- Ability to lift and/or carry or push up to 35 lbs. (experience)
- Advanced knowledge of building/installing furniture & partition grids (experience)
- Excellent listening skills, organizational skills, & strong communication skills with leaders & executors (experience)
- Availability to work weekends/nights as needed in order to meet schedule demand under constant changing priorities/demands (experience)
Responsibilities
- Workstation and event setup and breakdown
- Handle general ticket requests
- Daily walkthroughs (checking common spaces, furniture resetting, temporary signage placement, and report cleanliness issues)
- New hire setups IT inventory (monitors, mice, keyboards)
- Ad-Hoc Requests (desktop setup, relocation, cable management)
- Furniture assembly and installation
- Forklift utilization
