Responsibilities

• Coordinate small office moves and supporting workplace team with larger moves
• Oversee lab and office furniture procurement
• Assist with the management of the Workplace email alias and track all workplace requests through Service Channel
• Conduct and manage office and storage spaces for engineering teams
• Assist with office space blocking and space planning
• Develop programs and procedures to better end-user experience
• Assist in lab and office space data collection while managing lab space small projects
