What is the Young Thalent Programme?

During your internship, you will join the Strategy, Marketing & Business Development team for Iberia & Turkey, based at our Madrid-Leganés office, where you will support the department in various tasks and projects, such as:

• Support in the preparation of technical-commercial reports

• Translation of technical documentation

• Market and product analysis for the region

• Monitoring of business opportunities

• Attending internal and external meetings

• Drafting summaries of meetings

• Country-level market analysis

• Product positioning studies

• Identifying synergies between countries

• Support in the preparation of business and localization plans

• Participation in client-focused activities

• Industry news analysis

• Cross-department collaboration

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field

• All coursework completed (only final thesis/project pending – TFG/TFM)

• High level of English and Spanish (at least B2 level)

• Advanced skills in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite

• Proactive and eager to learn in an international environment
