We are looking for a motivated intern to join our team in Prague and work on Thales solutions in identity and Biometric solutions projects. We are on the lookout for an intern who is familiar with Cloud/Kubernetes/containerization technologies and interested in QA topics in performance to leverage the current study results about an automatic performance non-regression pipeline to get to a point to be able to have it running consistently and with relevant data and use cases to control the performance of our biometric server.

Objective:
The goal is to improve and extend current speed performance regression pipeline with support of AWS, use of large datasets and support of currently developed new biometric use-cases in our cutting edge Multi-Biometric System product.

What technologies you will work with:

•  AWS cloud with EKS
• On-Prem Kubernetes
• Gitlab CI
• Apache JMeter for performance testing

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Linux OS
• Interest in QA topics
• Proficiency Kubernetes/Docker/Containers
• (Nice to have) RDBMS experience like MySQL or MariaDB
• (Nice to have) Ability to create and maintain pipelines with Gitlab CI
