As an IVVQ Engineer you will have the responsibility to integrate naval mission solutions and participates in the complete cycle of concept definition, system design, system integration and qualification. Come join our Above Water Systems team at Thales Portugal!

About you:

• Experience in integration, verification and validation of complex industrial systems, preferably naval domain (Electronic-, AntiAir-, AntiSurface- & AntiSubmarine Warfare, LINK- and radar systems);

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications or similar;

• Experience in preparation and performing tests and integration activities: documentation, software installation, testing, problem analysis, defect reports, etc.;

• Fluency in Portuguese and English;

• Flexibility with respect to working abroad and being part of an international environment and to travel frequently.

Requirements:

• Plan and execute integration, verification, validation and qualification activities across the full system lifecycle;

• Develop test plans, procedures, and reports ensuring compliance with system requirements;

• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot defects during system integration and testing phases;

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure requirements traceability and test coverage;

• Support customer demonstrations, acceptance tests, and certification processes.
