Thales Business Support Services (TBSS) acts as a Shared Service Center for Thales Group by serving a number of countries for various key tasks associated to finance and accounting processes. This business support services center of excellence drives innovation within our internal business processes, cutting through complexity and supporting our external leadership in digitalization.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our Payable Team and contribute to the continued success of our company.

Your mission:

• Manage supplier master data, ensuring all information and bank details are accurate and up to date.

• Process purchase orders and invoices, performing the necessary checks to ensure accuracy and compliance (3-way match).

• Monitor approvals and follow up on any pending invoice or payment issues.

• Handle payment activities, including urgent and manual payments, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Reconcile supplier accounts and proactively resolve any discrepancies or issues.

We are looking forward to:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Management

• Experience in finance or accounting (preferable in Accounts Payable)

• Intermediate proficiency in English

• Strong ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
