TASI Turin is looking for a Project Manager.

The candidate will work in Torino inside DESI (Domain Exploration and Science Italy) Operation Unit. 
The candidate shall perform its activities of Project Manager inside the Directorate of Human & Robotic Planetary Exploration Programs, focused on project’s implementation phase for habitable modules, space vehicles and infrastructures for Moon orbit and surface, and robotic missions to Mars (paving the way for future human missions to the red planet). 
The candidate shall coordinate the full project team and interface with Space Agencies and Customers in a complex and variegate international scenario, still primarily institutional but opening to a future commercial context.
The candidate shall have assertive and innovative approach for problem resolution, decision-making attitude, peculiar communication skill, strong inclination to team working, showing propensity to imagine the future and inspire to engage, deliver user-centric solution and act with agility, grow others and self. 
The work requires a special attention to planning and commitments to schedule and economic (order intake, revenues and cash flow) objectives as well as to search with the customer new work opportunities, thanks to trust, reliability and proactive attitude.
As a Project Manager, the candidate with at least 5 years of experience on human spaceflight and robotic missions will have the opportunity to get involved in all the aspects of the project management lifecycles and methodologies activities, working on a wide range of complex and high-profile projects within planetary exploration directorate.
TASI Turin is looking for a candidate with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, multidisciplinary, and with significant complexity.

With experience in risks identification and management as well as capability to elaborate effective business strategies, in particular for future business evolution (towards Moon space economy).

Key features are also proven ability to develop and implement detailed project plans to monitor and track project performances, proficiency in ensuring on-time deliverables by ensuring effective coordination of project team resources, skill in day-by-day leadership and management guidance to ensure the proper operational activities, controls, execution of the business strategy.
The candidate shall be available to missions abroad and shall demonstrate good resilience to work under pressure.
