Location: Hengelo, Netherlands

About the team
The Quality team is responsible for managing the quality management system assuring the quality of operational activities in bids, projects and products. Beside this, is supporting the maturity and performance of the organization and the operational teams with the aim of improving customer satisfaction and driving competitiveness.

About your future job
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be requested to work (on-site) with bid, project and product teams within the Search Segment. Assuring that the quality of their outputs including technical and non-technical requirements are according to customer needs and expectations. In this role you will have the opportunity to gain thorough knowledge of the Naval domain, the products and the processes. This job can serve as a stepping stone towards a (more senior) position within any one of our operational or staff departments.

The main tasks are: 

  • Assure process adherence
  • Contribute in reviews (acceptance, milestones, documents etc.)
  • Auditing
  • Problem solving/RCA
  • Interacting with customers and/or customer representatives (e.g. Government Quality Assurance Representatives)
  • Provide Quality Reports
