Thales Belgium (Herstal site) is a world leader in precision-guided rocket systems for helicopters and jet aircraft, and a key player in engineering activities related to these products. To support its ambitious production and product development roadmap, Thales is expanding its team and is looking for a RAMST/SDF Engineer.
The RAMST Engineer role at Thales focuses on the technical management of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety, and Testability (RAMST) aspects throughout the engineering projects. As a RAMST Engineer, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring RAMST requirements across the product lifecycle. You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure that solutions meet the highest standards of safety and reliability.
Your responsibilities will include conducting risk and reliability analyses, contributing to the development of safety architectures, and managing RAMST-related activities within the constraints of project schedules and budgets. You will collaborate with the Product Design Authority, who holds technical responsibility for the selected solutions and their implementation.
