Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven individual who would provide the necessary administrative services to the team and to support its efficient operation.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the Singapore Digital Factory by anticipating and addressing administrative and operational needs of the team and by proposing the most effective action to address issues.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating team events and activities
  • Handle travel arrangements
  • Maintain and organize electronic document filing system to ensure ease of access
  • Support and facilitate all communication within the team regarding administrative and operational matters.
  • Provide administrative and logistics support to the team
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Manage procurement requests, coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders on delivery matters
  • Manage expense records and claims
  • Process incoming purchase orders, track customer delivery milestones and handle invoicing matters
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting high-level executives.
  • Service-oriented team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster relationships
  • Strong organizing skills with ability to work within constrains and simplify tasks
  • Independent, self-motivator, and adaptable
  • Detail oriented and problem solver

Other Information:

  • Working Location: Suntec City
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
