At Thales, we deliver cutting-edge PAY Solutions that power secure transactions across the world. We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in Argentina to ensure our customers receive outstanding support and service, driving satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

As SDM, you will be the key interface between Thales and our clients, managing support & maintenance contracts for software and equipment while ensuring compliance with SLAs and contractual commitments. You will play a critical role in incident management, problem resolution, and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers under support & maintenance contracts.
  • Oversee customer accounts: reporting (KPIs, SLAs), advising on solution evolution, managing renewals, and identifying up-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure financial follow-up of contracts and monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Manage small projects related to change requests, solution evolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Handle incident management including follow-ups, escalations, and SLA compliance.
  • Coordinate actions defined by contract, such as preventive maintenance, new software releases, and installations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role in IT solutions, system integration, or complex client-facing environments.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (B2 level minimum).

Position Requirements

  • Hybrid role based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
  • Availability for international travel within LATAM when required.
  • Argentinian citizenship or valid work permit.
