Considering the BL transformation around Product & Services, AMS engineering decided to appoint and Engineering Service Leader to establish & lead the service engineering transformation. The main priority of the role will to establish within AMS WW engineering an organization, process, tools, KPI enabling the service delivery of the Top Sky ATC-One Product toward our European Customers expected early 2027. The role will lead WW and cover other HE Product, European Customer Maintenance …

In the context of the Top Sky ATC One Service activity , prepare the engineering organization to deliver Top Sky ATC One services in 2027.

  • Deliver the change management plan ;
  • Build the Service Management Framework : Processes and roles ;
  • In collaboration with the AMS Services/Segment management team, define the end-to-end support chain ;
  • Prepare the worldwide engineering organization to meet SLA commitments, including upskilling/recruitment plans ;
  • Develop a service-oriented culture within engineering ;
  • Implement engineering performance management KPIs ;
  • Define service units of work in order to enable economic management ;
  • Instill a service culture within an organization historically focused on projects.

Your Profile

Knowledge and Professional Experience:

  • Service Engineering experience
  • Engineer, Master's Degree (BAC+5) or equivalent validation of experience.
  • Track record in building and Running Service Delivery Organization WW and or Program Management
  • Knowledge of support contract management (SLAs, penalties, etc.).
  • English & French.
  • Change Management experiences
