Job Description
Mission Summary
Responsible of inventory accuracy in semifinish, finish and security raw materials.
Responsible for receptions and deliveries of this materials, and finish and semifinish products shipment coordination to customers.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for correct materials control for inputs & outputs physically & in ERP.
Responsible for semi finish, finish materials & security raw material receptions.
Coordination of finish products shipments to Customers, according with shipment plan.
Responsible to elaborate monthly physical inventories & control audits (internal & with External Customer auditors).
Comply with security, THALES, VISA & Master Card & ISO, control, management information & security Policies to maintain certifications & Audits.
Customer inventory reports management (stationary). Analyzing existences & reorder points.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Formal Education: Engineering Degree
Languages: English desirable.
IT/Software: ERP’s like Oracle. WMS & Microsof office specially Excel.
ISO 9000, 14000. PCI. Optional Power BI.
Experiences in years: Preferably 2 years at planning/supply chain/supervisor activities.
Management: Operators management.
Technical Knowledge
- Manufacturing process.
- Demand Planning.
- Inventories Administration.
- Knowledge of Negotiation techniques.
- Incoterms.
- Management projects.
- Management of investment projects.
- Human resources management.
