Your mission as "Teamlead IVVQ (m/f/d)":

  • Leadership of IVVQ Team
    Lead and develop a newly formed team focused on integration, verification, validation, and qualification (IVVQ) activities for mobile radar systems.

  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
    Work closely with project managers, internal and external partners, and customers to deliver ambitious, innovative solutions that meet evolving requirements.

  • Planning and Execution
    Take ownership of planning and executing integration and test activities across the product lifecycle.

  • Strategic Development
    Develop and implement a long-term strategy for integration and testing, including Make-Team-Buy decisions and the cultivation of skills and competencies to address current and future challenges.

  • Test Strategy and Coverage
    Define test strategies and plans for both existing products and new developments, continuously assessing and improving test coverage with a focus on digital integration.

  • Cost-Effective Solutions and Estimation
    Propose work package estimates and descriptions to ensure compliant, cost-optimized solutions are identified and delivered.

What we look forward to:

  • Educational Background
    Master’s degree in a technical field is required.

  • Leadership and Experience
    Proven experience of over 5 years in system testing and test strategy development, including leading and managing a team.

  • Technical Skills
    Strong knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Robot Framework) and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Matlab); solid understanding of complex systems and abstraction ability.

  • Language and Clearance
    Fluent in spoken and written German and English; willingness to obtain necessary security clearances.

  • Industry and Domain Knowledge (Preferred)
    Experience in defense or aerospace industries; understanding of radar technology (RF, signal processing); familiarity with embedded software and radio frequency systems.

  • Standards and Tools (Preferred)
    Knowledge of military standards such as MIL-STD-810G or similar; experience with requirements management tools like Polarion.
