• Experience in defense or aerospace industry projects (experience)
• Hands-on experience leading front-end teams (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mission-critical systems (experience)
• Knowledge of security standards in defense sector (experience)
• Prior work at Thales or similar defense contractors (experience)
• Certifications in front-end frameworks or agile methodologies (experience)
• International project experience (experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end system engineering initiatives
• Design and develop scalable front-end architectures
• Mentor and guide junior developers and team members
• Collaborate with back-end and system engineers
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security compliance
• Drive technical decisions and best practices
• Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
