TUI (Technical Undergraduate Intern – Students) – Customer Experience Intern

Polanco/Iztapalapa, CDMX (Hybrid)
 

Position Summary
Thales is looking for a TUI (Technical Undergraduate Intern - Student) Customer Experience Intern who will assist the Team with daily operational activities, aiming at their professional development and growth, as well as interaction with other internal teams of the company.
 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Be responsible for tracking and addressing requests made by the Customer Experience team.
  • Act as a liaison between the Customer Experience Team and other internal departments of the company.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility regarding deadlines. Identify issues that could cause deadline delays and proactively inform the CX responsible for the account.
  • Use different tools to perform recurring activities: Oracle, APS, PDM, Conecta, Gmine, Jira, GP, I-care 2.0, Power BI, Kiss, Excel.
  • Responsible for creating Reports.
  • Support in the Artwork workflow.
  • Open tickets to create/update stock report DLs.
  • Update Power BI tables.
  • Create Power Point Presentations for process documentation and subsequently send them by email.
     

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program related to Economic and Administrative areas such as Business Administration, International Relations, etc.
  • Availability to participate in the program a minimum of a year and a half.
  • Availability to Work 30 hours per week in a Hybrid Scheme.
  • Intermediate English proficiency, oral and written.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator, analytical, results-oriented, customer-oriented, a strong time manager, autonomous, honest, and empathetic, strong focus on helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
