OUR TEAM

As part of our Vehicles and Tactical Systems business, our Protected Vehicles team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. We are very proud of everything we do in support of both the Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms as we all work together towards our purpose in “Building A Future We Can All Trust".

We have an excellent opportunity to join us as a Warehouse and Logistics Manager based in our Brisbane, Eagle Farm office. The Warehouse and Logistics Manager oversees the storage, acceptance and flow management activities. They ensures compliance in terms of time, cost and quality and continuous improvement, whilst ensuring the application of professionalism and that Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards are met.

In addition, they are the functional manager of the staff within their area of responsibility, ensuring the definition of processes, team development and knowledge management and support of the Autonomous Production and/or Repair Unit (APRU) and wider teams or stakeholders.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics management and warehouse team management.

• Supervise the day to day operation of our Eagle Farm parts and materials warehouse, establishing efficient and robust inventory management processes utilising our ERP system.

• Receiving incoming materials, organising local and export shipments as well as supplier materials to our internal operations.

• Experience in building an efficient and accurate inventory management process, and experience in local freight as well as import and export logistics experience.

• Customer Service focused, process and task completion orientated with good time management skills.
