Application Development Analyst – Performance DevOps & Automation

Experience Required:

• Minimum experience: 1 to 3 years in developing and maintaining DevOps tools

• Strong analytical, development, and problem-solving skills

Job Description & Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with application teams to automate the collection of non-functional requirements.

· Partner with the data team to automate data loading and performance/resiliency testing.

· Streamline the development of application performance test plans.

· Design and enhance automation patterns using enterprise automation tools.

· Evaluate non-functional requirements post-performance testing through automation.

· Integrate infrastructure KPIs into automated evaluation processes.

· Troubleshoot automation errors and diagnose performance bottlenecks.

· Develop reports summarizing automation patterns and best practices.

· Participate in performance testing sessions via calls or chat.

· Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to obtain automation sign-offs.

· Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to team members

Experience Desired:

• · Actual hands-on experience in programming with Python and Javascript

• · Deep understanding on Git/CI CD pipeline terminologies

• · Working experience with consuming APIs (REST, SOAP)

• · Experience with API virtualization or mocking (CA DevTest, Parasoft Virtualize, WireMock or Hoverfly)

• · Experience with Docker, containers and image management.

• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining DevOps tools.

Desired Experience: 

• Knowledge utilizing DevOps tools.

• Knowledge with installing, configuring, or maintaining DevOps tools

Location & Hours of Work

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate

• Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
